Trustees Wanted

Join us as a TimeBank trustee

We believe that you get more out of volunteering than you put in. Do you?

Join us as a trustee of TimeBank, the national volunteering charity, and help us build on the success of our volunteer projects that tackle some of the most complex social issues in our society. You’ll join a group of dedicated trustees who are passionate about our work, who share a collective pride in what we’ve achieved and have huge ambitions for our future as TimeBank celebrates 20 years in 2020.

Leadership qualities are important to us, to help us plan Chair and Deputy Chair succession over the next year as some of our trustees step down at the end of their tenure. We are looking for a range of experiences including fundraising, traditional and digital communications and HR, as well as different sector experience. We are also keen to ensure that our Board reflects the diverse communities we work with.

TimeBank is a national volunteering charity which has built a first-class reputation for volunteer-led mentoring projects, while our employee volunteering is valued for its professionalism and flexibility. Over the last four years we have been funded by the Government to deliver an extensive volunteering project that enhances community integration by providing English Language teaching to UK residents - a project that has become a core part of our work.
