FREE consultation

We start by offering you a FREE consultation so we can learn more about your business and understand the specific needs of your employee volunteering programme. Detailed proposal

This will include full costings for both the development and delivery stages of your programme.

Project management

If you’re happy with our proposal, we’ll then assign a member of our team as your dedicated project manager. They will continue to work with you throughout the next stages of programme development and delivery. They will provide all the support your employees need throughout their volunteering journey and will closely monitor the  delivery of the programme to make sure you achieve the desired outcomes.

Company branded microsite

We’ll design and develop your own company’s volunteering microsite with volunteering opportunities searchable by skill, cause and location.

Ongoing monitoring and reporting

We’ll design a personalised monitoring and evaluation system for your programme. We’ll capture impact and participation data which we’ll regularly share with you throughout the duration of the programme.

Communications support

We’ll work closely with your communications team to help you promote the programme internally. We’ll also gather visual evidence and case studies to support any media relations work around your programme.

Final evaluation report

We’ll produce an end of year report with all impact and participation data, including the social value generated as a result of your programme.
