We believe that volunteers expect and deserve the highest level of support and customer care. That’s why we have developed a programme of customer service that is unique in the voluntary sector and can match the very best of private sector.

Inspiring people to volunteer is only the beginning. True success means helping individuals to find the right volunteer opportunity and supporting them throughout their involvement.

The TimeGiver Care programme

This TimeBank service provides:

  • information and dedicated support to enable individuals to start volunteering
  • a personal and tailored advice and information service to meet every volunteer’s changing needs
  • a method for keeping in touch with volunteers and potential volunteers, which builds loyalty and helps sustain the individual’s willingness to volunteer
  • the opportunity for volunteers to provide feedback about TimeBank's customer care and their experience so that we can continually improve our services.

Fulfilment service

TimeBank offers a fulfilment service for volunteer recruitment campaigns – sending volunteers and potential volunteers tailored information for each campaign. We can create and manage a database of people responding to your campaign, and provide you with detailed reports upon request.

Our last volunteer survey showed that, after setting up the TimeGiver Care programme, 70% of people registered with TimeBank were either volunteering or actively engaged in looking for the right opportunity, solid evidence of the effectiveness of the TimeGiver Care package.
