Colin Howes

Colin is a Partner in the Corporate Practice and head of legal firm Harbottle & Lewis' Company and Commercial team. He is involved in providing specialist corporate finance and strategic advice primarily for clients in the media/ entertainment, aviation and leisure industries. He has acted for a number of businesses from start-up to successful realisation. Colin is also a key member of the firm's Charities Group, whose clients include Comic Relief and the Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Fund. He is a trustee of Comic Relief. He also has extensive experience of the financing of theatre productions and is a nonexecutive director of theatre producer Pola Jones Associates.
