Our approach

We deliver projects that have an impact

Our own volunteering projects are designed to tackle social issues. They focus on mentoring and youth-led volunteering tackling big issues head on. From social exclusion to digital inclusion, we show the difference volunteers can make and use this to influence others – policy makers, charities and businesses. Take a look at our achievements

We help employers with volunteering

Our focus is on making rewarding employee volunteering accessible to everyone. Whether you're a big corporate or a small company we've got a range of schemes to suit your needs (and budget).

We help volunteers get started and we keep in touch

We help our volunteers get started by putting them in touch with their local volunteer centre. We don’t just leave them to it. We stay in touch to offer support and a helping hand so our volunteers don’t give up. A monthly newsletter, our blog and twitter keep people updated with ideas and tips.

We use volunteers’ feedback

Volunteer feedback helps others find great volunteering. We use what volunteers tell us and our own experiences to improve what we do and share it, so people understand more about what volunteers want.
