"I was on hand to help out with mobile phones and computers. They were really simple requests and easy to fix but had obviously been a real pain for the people who owned the items. It was great to spend some time having a chat and sharing knowledge that for me is part of my life but for the older people is still relatively new and confusing. A great 3 hours of my day used for a really great cause!"
